The June meeting of the Bankhead Amateur Radio Club will be Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 7:00pm. We meet at the Lawrence County EMA office at 555 Walnut St., Moulton, AL 35650.
The topic of the meeting will be preparation for Field Day. Field Day is a nation-wide exercise where Amateur Radio operators operate using portable equipment in preparation to provide assistance to our communities in case of emergencies. The 2018 Field Day is June 23rd and 24th, beginning at noon on Saturday and ending at noon on Sunday.
Details on the BARC’s location will be determined at the meeting. All are welcome.
